SIOUX CENTER--Mrs.Gerard Schriever, 91, Sioux Center, died Wednesday at her home.

Services were held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in the Memorial Funeral Home. The Rev. Walter Disch officiated. Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery at South Falls,SD

Mrs. Schriever, the former Mechelina Peeters, was born March 13, 1885 in Nymegen, The Netherlands where she attended school. She married April 7, 1906 in Nymegen. They came to the United States in 1919, and resided in Rock Valley, Sioux Falls, SD and Camby, Minn. She lived with her daughter, Mrs. Tunis DeBondt of Sioux Center, the last four years. Mr. Schriever preceded her in death

Survivors include three daughters, Mrs Dick VanHelton of Justin, Calif., Mrs. DeBondt of Sioux Center, and Mrs. Emil Harms of Sioux Falls; 14 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren and 6 great-greatgrandchildren and a sister, in the Netherlands.
