HULL--Mrs.Joe Kroese, 80, Hull, died Saturday in the Sheldon Community Hospital in Sheldon.

Services were held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in the First Christian Reformed Church of Hull. The Rev. John Fondse officiated. Burial was in Hope Cemetery, Hull, under direction of Kraai Funeral Home.

Mrs. Kroese, the former Alice Brummal, was born Feb. 22, 1897, in Hull. She was married Feb. 2, 1921, Hull, They Farmed in the Boyden-Hull area from 1921 until retiring to Hull in 1954. Mr.Joe Kroese died in 1954. Mrs. Kroese was a life-long member of the First Christian Reformed Church.

Survivors include two sons, James of Hull and Albert of Boyden; a daughter, Mrs. Sid (Johanna)Westra; a sister, Mrs.Ivan (Alberta) Kroese of Hull; 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
