Orange City-Charles Kleinhesselink, 89, of Orange City, died July 6 at an Orange City hospital following a brief illness.

Services were at 10:30 A.M., July 8 in the First Christian Reformed Church in Orange City. The Rev. John Hellinga officiated. Burial was in West Lawn Cemetery in Orange City under the direction of the Van Gelder Funeral Home.

Mr. Kleinhesselink was born Nov. 2, 1886 in Orange City. He married Cora Vellinga in Carnes, on Feb. 16, 1911. They farmed 35 years in the Alton and Orange City area. He retired in 1946. He was a member of the First Christian Reformed Church.

Survivors include the widow; two sons, Joe C. of Boyden and Ring of Hospers; three daughters, Mrs. Berdina Vander Schaaf of Sheldon, Mrs. Everett (Nelvina) Franken of Sioux Center and Mrs. Henry (Harriet) Peuse of Orange City; one brother, Henry of Orange City; 17 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
