Beimers, Allie, Mrs. Ed - 1901-1976

Sioux Center-Mrs. Ed Beimers, 75, Sioux Center, died Aug. 22 at her home after a sudden illness.

Services were at 10:30 A.M., Aug 26 in the First Reformed Church. The Rev. John Hulst officiated. Burial was in Memory Garden Cemetery under the direction of the Vander Ploeg Funeral Home.

Mrs. Beimers, the former Allie Kneubel, was born May 31, 1901 in Kansas. She was married Dec. 1, 1921 at Sioux Center. Her husband died July 24, 1967 at Sioux Center.

Survivors include two sons, Thurlow of Sioux Center and Lloyd of Hospers; two daughters, Mrs. Wein (Alvina) Vande Zwaag of Orange City and Mrs. Bob (Kathryn) Malisch of Sioux City; eight sisters, Mrs. William (Henrietta) Vande Kieft of Lynden, Wash., Mrs. William (Jeanette) Brower of Chicago, Mrs. Harold (Trennie) Cooper and Mrs. Wilson (Helen) Van Bruggen, and Mrs. Herman (Luverne) Vanzyl, all of Chicago, and Mrs. John (Fannie) Dekker, Mrs. Henry (Lena) Van Bruggen and Mrs. Marion (Christina) Vellinga, all of Ireton.
