MRS. WILL BOISEN
Hawarden-- Mrs. Will Boisen, 93, of Hawarden, died Tuesday at a nursing home here.
Services were at l:30 p.m. Friday in Trinity Lutheran Church. The Rev. Dwight Rengstorf officiated. Burial was in Pleasant Hill Cemetery at Ireton, with the Dow Funeral Home of Hawarden in charge.
Mrs. Boisen, the former Hannah Nenabe was born April 18, l884 in Benton County. She was married Oct. l3, l904 at Vinton. The couple farmed near to Huron, S.D. soon after marriage and in the Ireton-Hawarden area in 1915. They retired to Hawarden in l948.
She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Mr. Boisen died May 22, l957.
Survivors include three sons, Harvey of Ireton, Glenn of Ruthton, Minn., and Orin of Hawarden; four dauthers, Mrs. Roy (Helen)Abbey, Mrs. Leland (Neva) Kircher, and Mrs. Raymond (Berniece) Eilts, all of Hawarden, and Mrs. Ernest (Ruth) Popken of LeMars; two brothers, Clinton of Easton, Minn., and Harry of Everett, Wash.; a sister, Mrs. May Jacobs of Allison; l7 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
