HAWARDEN--Mrs. Charles Boyd, 94, of Hawarden died Sunday at a Hawarden nursing home.

Services were at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Frist Baptist Church with the Rev. Arthur J.DeNeui officiating. Burial was in Grace Hill Cemetery under the direction of the Dow Funeral Home.

Mrs. Boyd, the former Pearl Robertson, born Jan.18, 1883 at Greeville, KY., and came to the Hawarden area as a young woman. She was married in November 1904. They lived in Mission Hill, SD., from 1940 to 1964 when she returned to Hawarden. Mr. Boyd died in 1964.

Survivors include two sons, Bernie of Yankton, SD., and Otis of Denver, Colo; a grandson, and two brothers, Clyde Robertson of Mellette, SD. and Floyd Robertson of Vancouver, Wash.
