SHELDON--Brian Oostra, 11, son of Mr.and Mrs. Gerald Oostra, Rt 2, Sheldon, died Saturday in an accident at the family farm.

Services were at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Immanuel Christian Reformed Church in Sheldon. The Rev. Peter Holwerda officiated. Burial was in East Lawn Cemetery in Sheldon inder direction of the Vander Ploeg Funeral Home of Sheldon.

The youth was born Aug ,1966, in Sheldon. He attended East Elementary school in Sheldon.

Survivors include his parents; two sisters, Mrs. Richard (Elaine) Buchman of Sheldon and Diane, at home; three brothers Jerry of Sioux City and Calvin and Bradley, both at home; his maternal Grandmother, Mrs. Elizabeth Vanden Top of Rock Valley; and the paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John Oostra of Sioux Center
