A memorial service for Robert Thompson, 57, former Sioux Center resident who died at a Denver, Colo., hospital Friday, October 29, was held at 11 A.M., Tuesday, November 2 at the Presbyterian church in O'Neill, Nebr., where he resided since 1965.

Burial was made at O'Neill.

Mr. Thompson was district representative for Allis-Chalmers Company at O'Neill the past 11 years and prior to moving to O'Neill had held this position in Sioux Center for 10 years.

Survivors include the widow; Pauline of O'Neill; a son Bob of Oseola, Nebr.; and daughter Sandy Cross of Ft. Collins; two grandchildren; his mother, Mrs. Vada Thompson of Indianola, Iowa; two brothers, Dale of Arlington, VA, and A. N. of Topeka, Kan.; and a sister, Mrs. Duance Van Patten of Carlyle, Iowa.
