Alton--Miss Sadie Miller, 101, Alton, died Thursday at the Heritage House Nursing Home in Orange City of long illness.
Services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday in St. mary Catholic church at Alton. The Rev. Michael Larkin officiated. Burial was in the parish cemetery under direction of the Fisch Funderal Home, Remsen. The Rosary was said at 3 and 8 p.m. in St. Mary Hall, Alton.
Miss Miller was born Dec. 8, l875 near LeMars, Iowa. she lived in the alton area all her life doing seamstress work until l969 whsn she moved to the nursing home. She was a member of St. Mary Rosary Society.
Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
