Ireton-Mrs. Milton Dittmer, 74, Ireton, died Nov. 27 in an Orange City hospital.

Services were held at 1:30 P.M., Nov. 30 in St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Ireton. The Rev. Paul Sieveking officiated. Burial was in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Ireton.

Mrs. Dittmer, the former Amanda T. Ricklefs, was born Nov. 14, 1902, in Ireton. She was married Dec. 10, 1924 in Ireton.

She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, and the church's Ladies Aide, serving as president, secretary and treasurer. She also served many years as a Sunday School teacher at the church.

The couple farmed northeast of Ireton before moving to the community March 1, 1964.

Survivors include the widower; five sisters, Mrs. Rosene O'Meara of Sioux City, Mrs. Delbert (Sophia) Dittmer of Rolling Meadows, Ill., Mrs. Florence Kaphart of Sylmar, Calif., Mrs. Orville (Nora) Vlotho of Hartley and Mrs. Delores Hartsock of Harrisonville, Mo.
