Casket Bearers- Glenn Hulstein, William Pollema, Dwayne Van Leeuwen, Everett Van Leeuwen, Evan Ver Steeg, Jake Zoet.
Interment- Hope Cemetery; Hull, Iowa
Arrangements- Kraai-Oolman Funeral Home; Hull, IA

Johanna Marie, was the daughter of William G. and Rena (Slothouber) Van Leeuwen. She was raised at Hull.
On February 14, l940, she married Peter Wegter at Hull. They farmed northeast of Hull. In February of l989, they became residents of the Rock Rapids Health Centre. Mr. Wegter passed away May 19, 1993, at Rock Rapids.
Mrs. Wegter passed away at Hegg Memorial Hospital.
Survivors include her three children, Robert Wayne "Bob", of Pella, Iowa; Marilyn Dianne Horacek, of Gloggnitz, Austria; and Gary Dwayne, of Hull; seven grandchildren, Kirk, Heather, Todd, Missy, Teri, Ginny, and Colby; and a brother, John Van Leeuwen, of Hull.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by an infant son, Larry Dwayne; and a brother, Gerard Van Leeuwen.
Memorials are being directed to the First Reformed Church and the Rock Rapids Health Centre.
