Alton-- Frederick Steven Blom III, two-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Blom, Jr. of Alton, died Friday at parent's home.
Services were at l0 a.m. Monday in First Reformed Church at Alton. The Rev. Clarence Greving and the Rev. Robert Offerdahl officiated. Burial was in Newkirk Cemetery with the Van Gelder Funeral Home of Orange City in charge.
He was born May 21, l975, at Orange City.
Survivors include the parents; two sisters, Amy and Wendy, both at home; paternal grandfather, Fred Blom Sr., of Alton; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Dan Bruyn of Hospers; and great-grandparents, Mrs. Cornie Blom of Orange City, Mrs. Dan Bruyn of Hospers, and Mrs. John Mesman of Platte, SD.
