ORANGE CITY-- Howard Muilenburg, 68, of Orange City died Friday after an apparent heart attack while working at his son's farm Northwest of Orange City.

Services were at 1:30 p.m. Monday at First Reformed Church in Orange City. Dr. Raymond Van Heukelom and the Rev. Perry Raak officiated. Burial was in West Lawn Cemetery in Orange City under direction of the Van Etten-Oolman Funeral Home of Orange City.

Mr. Muilenburg was born Dec. 7, 1908 in Orange City. He married Jennie Dykstra Feb. 22, 1932, in Orange City. The couple lived on a farm northwest of Orange City until retirement in 1960, when they moved to Orange City. He was a member of First Reformed Church.

Survivors include the widow; a son Dwaine of Orange City; two daughters, Mrs. Darwin (Joan) Zeutenhorst of Orange City and Mrs. Douglas (Linda) Van Berkum of Sheldon; four sister, Mrs. Ed (Gertrude) Van Gorp, Mrs. Louis (Margaret) Van't Hof, Mrs. John (Henrietta) Stander and Mrs. Harold (Eunice) Oolman, all of Orange City, four brothers, Franklin, Elmer, Nelson, and Marion, all of Orange City, and 10 grandchildren
