MARRIED.
SCOTT—ASHMORE. – At the home of the bride’s parents, Wednesday, Nov. 1,
Walter Scott and Millie O. Ashmore, Rev. Suckow officiating.

Thus were united the hearts and fortunes of two of our most estimable young
people, both of whom have grown from childhood in our midst. Both are held
in high esteem by all who know them and it is with great pleasure that the
Independent chronicles the marriage of so worthy a couple.

Very wisely the young couple have decided to go to house keeping at once and
the Quigley residence will be their new home. May the joys of prosperity
and happiness every be their lot in life.
