Remacle, Henry 1842-1906 and Marie Masuin Family
This BIOS of the family of Henry Remacle and wife Marie Masuin was compiled by Wilma J. Vande Berg of the Greater Sioux County Genealogical Society. No prepared biography was found so the submitter attempted to compile this biography from several sources as indicated. As noted, many times the available records were supplied to internet sites by persons other than primary sources and are secondary records which may not be totally accurate.
From a family report on Ancestry.com (submitted by persons other than submitter) in this report the birth place of Marie Masuin was in error as Harlingen Friesland Netherlands, corrected by submitter as Harlange, Luxembourg. That error was picked up by others on the inscription on her tombstone which was deciphered as thought to indicate she was born in Harlingen but that should have been spelled Harlange which is in Luxembourg!
