Employment: Farmer’s wife; she and John retired from farming in 1984, and then she worked at the Copper Kettle Restaurant near Minden, IA for several years.

Hobbies/Interests: Enjoyed quilting, particularly with other women from church; member, Friendship Seniors Club in Shelby, IA; cooking, baking, canning produce from her garden
