Employment: Early in her career, while living in Council Bluffs, IA, Pat worked night shift in the Jennie Edmundson Hospital Emergency Room. After they moved to Atlantic, IA, she worked more than 35 years as a nurse at Cass County Memorial Hospital until she retired in Oct. 2000.

Hobbies/Interests: gardening; avid reader; loved the outdoors
