Employment: Rolando quit school to help support his family by working at a Cuban Bakery in Tampa, FL for several years. He then began working construction, pouring concrete to build bridges. Continued to work construction until forced to retire due to health reasons.

Hobbies/Interests: enjoyed all types of sports, the Miami Dolphins, dancing, music, Spanish food, Danish food, Italian food, seafood, sweets and more food!
