He worked at several gas stations, Jacobs Tool, and had been at Paxton Mitchell in Omaha since 1989, working as a machinist. He had also raised hogs for a while.

Hobbies/Interests: He loved country western music and western movies, especially any movie with John Wayne. He liked playing cards and going to tractor pulls.
