Obituary:
Jeanette C. "Jean" Sandbothe, age 80, Council Bluffs, passed away at her home on Tuesday, June 12, 2012. Jean was born March 13, 1932, in Earling, Iowa, to Anton and Barbara Bissen Frank and was united in marriage to Joseph Sandbothe on July 14, 1953. She worked for Mercy Hospital in Housekeeping. Jean is preceded in death by her parents; twin sister, JoAnne Lefeber; sisters, Ella Schwarte, Viola Lahr; brothers, James, Ernest, and Owen Frank. Jeanette is survived by husband of 59 years, Joseph, of Council Bluffs; three daughters, Karen Conklin and husband, Paul, of Eldridge, Iowa, Sharen McClure and husband, Douglas, of Newburgh, Ind., Paula Gleckler and husband, Charles, of Council Bluffs; 10 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren; brother, Francis Frank and wife, Maria, of Las Vegas, Nev.; and beloved dog, Sadie; many nieces and nephews.

Memorials:
Family has suggested memorials to Midlands Humane Society or St. Albert Schools.

Visitation:
Visitation with the family Friday, 5-7 p.m. at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Bayliss Park Chapel.

Service:
Mass of Christian Burial, Saturday, 10:30 a.m., St. Patrick's Church. Father David Fleming, Celebrant.

Cemetery:
Interment St. Joseph Cemetery, Council Bluffs, with a luncheon to follow at Walnut Hill Reception Center, 1350 E. Pierce Street.
