PEGGY JO BENSON, 60, of Avoca, died Tue., June 5th, at Bergan Mercy Medical Center in Omaha. A Mass of Christian Burial service for PEGGY JO BENSON will be held 10:30-a.m. Fri., June 8th, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Avoca. Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Avoca has the arrangements.

Visitation at the funeral home is from 1-8pm Thu., June 7th, with the family greeting friends from 4-7:30pm, and a Rosary at 7:30-p.m.

Burial will be in the Graceland Cemetery at Avoca.

PEGGY JO BENSON is survived by:
Her mother – Lorraine Busch, of Stanton, NE.;
Her husband – Roger Benson, of Avoca.;
Her daughter – Jennifer Benson, of Ft. Dodge, IA.;
Her son – Craig Benson, of Lincoln, NE.;
Her sister – Kathy Schiermeier, of Omaha, NE.;
and her niece, Shelly (Gary) McDonald, of Omaha, NE.

Mass of Christian Burial for 60 year old Peggy Jo Benson of Avoca will be held at 10:30am on Friday, June 8th at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Avoca. Burial will be in the Graceland Cemetery in Avoca. Peggy Jo passed away on Tuesday, June 5th at Bergan Mercy Medical Center. Survivors include her husband Roger Benson of Avoca, 1 daughter Jennifer Benson of Fort Dodge, 1 son Craig Benson of Lincoln, NE, 1 sister Kathy Schiermeier of Omaha, mother Lorraine (Petersen) Busch of Stanton, NE, and 1 niece Shelley (Gary) McDonald of Omaha. The Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Avoca is in charge of arrangements where visitation will be held from 1 to 8pm on Thursday, June 7th with family present from 4 to 7:30 and a rosary at 7:30pm.
