I have information that would correct the info.about Fred Bolton in the Iowa, Deaths and Burials, 1850-1990.
I have his fathers name: John Henry Bolton
His mothers name: Sarah Ann Chamberlin,Bolton, Akers, Story and she changed her name back to Bolton sometime before she died in 1910 in Muscatine, Iowa.
HIs first wife was Nora Spence who he married in March 29, 1898 in Tipton, Iowa.The were divorced but I don't know when but know they were not married very long.Their son's name was Harold.
