Hello! I am still trying to find out who Pleasant W O'Brien Sr. (born in 1802 Bledsoe County, TN) parents were. No one in any of the branches I've found so far have any information on who his parents were. Only that he was bound to an Uncle to become a shoe repairman so he ran off and then married Martha Walker. So after 2 yrs of research his lineage is still a mystery. I would like to find someone in that county in TN that could maybe go through church records. My cousin Kim said that some records were burned in a fire or something.
