Old soldiers home

I am looking for records for three brothers who were put in the Old Soldiers Home in sept. 1910. I want to believe there should be records for the Old Soldiers Home and court records showing that they were placed in the orphage by the distric court. does anyone know where I can locate these records.
the court house says their records don't go back that far and the library says their court records go by case number. I have the names of the boys and the date listed in the davenport newspaper saying they were placed in sept. 1910
