Last rites for Robert R. Adams, 11, were held at Davenport Dec. 28 with burial in the Tipton Masonic cemetery.

His body was found beneath 3 feet of coal on property known as the Fellner Fuel company, Davenport. His death, due to suffocation, was ruled as an accident.

He was in the 5th grade at Monroe school, Davenport and was a member of the Royal Aluminum Little League team. He was also a Boy Scout and belonged to the Westside Assembly of God church, Davenport.

He is survived by his mother, Metha; his father, Victor, Clinton; 3 half-sisters, Mrs. Julia Proctor, Moscow; Mrs. Donna Spalding, Winona, Minn.; Mrs. Sally Carter, Mechanicsville and 3 half-brothers, John Frey, Madison, Wis.; James Frey, Tipton and Carl Frey, in the US air force, stationed in Germany.
