Wolcott Ends Life

Davenport, Ia., April 1 – Mrs. Dora Kahl. 76 years old, living in Walcott, twelve miles west of Davenport, committed suicide this morning.
After retiring the aged woman drank the contents of a bottle of carbonic acid. Melancholy, during to which she was subject to fits of temporary insanity, is the assigned cause. She leaves two sons and one daughter.
