Kenneth E. Ralfs, 82, of Davenport, passed away peacefully, Thursday, November 18, 2021in Davenport, surrounded by his loving family.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at 1 pm at The Runge Mortuary with visitation from 11 am until the service. Private burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials may be made in care of Mike Ralfs to be used for a favorite charity of Kens. Online condolences may be left at www.rungemortuary.com.

He was born November 26, 1938 in Davenport, the son of Elsie and Elmer Ralfs. His family enjoyed their summers at their cabin on the Mississippi River. He graduated from Davenport High School and went on to marry the love of his life, Debbie Youngs on February 13, 1958. He worked hard throughout his life, retiring at age 65. He joined the US Army in 1958 and proudly served our country for four years.

He was an avid fisherman. Reeling in catfish was one of his favorite past times. He also loved making people laugh, always having a joke to tell. His faith and church were extremely important to him. The friendships he made were a blessing from God. His love for his family was unconditional and we felt it every day. We love him more than words can express and will miss him forever.

Those left to honor his memory include his children: Khris (Bill) Eikenberry, Brooksville, FL, Cindy (Brian) Banks, Eldridge, IA, Laura (Brian) Pittman, Brooksville, FL and Michael (Dana) Ralfs, Cedar Rapids, IA, 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren,

He was preceded in death by his beautiful wife, Debbie on September 7, 2018. We would like to thank everyone who touched his life
