David Paul Mehner, 60, of Davenport, Iowa passed away at Genesis Hospital on Tuesday, August 10, 2021.
A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 A.M. on August 24, 2021 at Davenport Memorial Park Mausoleum. Memorials may be made in David’s name to the Handicapped Development Center. David was born August 16, 1960 in Gary, Indiana to Daniel A. and Joan P. (Roddewig) Mehner. He lived at the Davenport Handicapped Development Center.

Those left to honor include his father, Daniel A. Mehner of Surprise, AZ; brothers, Daniel M. (Julie) Mehner of Blue Grass, IA and James E. Mehner of Davenport, IA; sister, Carol A. Brabant of Buffalo, IA; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Joan P. Mehner. His family would like to thank the Handicapped Development Center for many years of care for him.
