Rest in peace baby girl, your work here is done, you're a shining angel in heaven watching over us all.

Jenny passed into the hands of our Lord March 30. She was our gift from God, born on February 23, 1982. She had the instincts of an angel from the day she was born. Her infectious smile and the "flapping" of her hands/arms whenever she got excited, were like the wings of Angel. She drove her brother Danny crazy and spent endless hours playing Barbies with her sister JoAnna. Jenny was drawn to anyone in need and offered a helping hand to all. Jenny graduated West High school in 2000. After experiencing and conquering many different types of jobs (there wasn't a job she couldn't secure) she entered and graduated from cosmetology school, following in her mothers' footsteps. She was a master at anything she set her mind to.

She fell in love with John and they were married on October 14, 2006. Her greatest achievements were about to begin. She and John brought six beautiful children into this world, Alexia, Tabitha, Maverick, Marcus, Vance and Keeley. They were her little lights, shining and guiding her in life. Even though "chaos" was her middle name, she always made time to love and hug those babies. She found a home away from home at Smokin Butts and thought of them as family. In a world filled with uncertainty, the continuous struggle with depression and the isolation of a pandemic, she succumbed to the lethal disease. She silently endured a disease that took her away from us and heard God say "take my hand, come with me".

Jenny is survived by her husband John, of 15 years, 6 wonderful children, Alexia, Tabitha, Maverick, Marcus, Vance and Keeley. Her parents, Matt and Janet (Shinners) Gau, siblings - Dan (Kim) Gau, JoAnna (Jeff) miller. Many special aunts and uncles. She had 4 nieces and nephews that she considered her own, Caleb, Carter and Addison Gau and Oliver Miller. Many, many good friends and will be missed by many.

She is preceded in death by grandparents, Charlie and Dolores (Boettcher) Shinners, Joseph and Jean (Petre) Gau.

Online condolences can be made to the family by visiting her obituary at www.weertsfh.com.
