Mrs. Sarah Eutsler, 69, widow of V. A. Eutsler, died at 4:45 p.m. Monday in the Davenport Osteopathic hospital.

A resident of Davenport since 1928, Mrs. Eutsler was born Aug. 13, 1883, in Atalissa, Ia., and attended schools there. Her marriage to Mr. Eutsler took place Aug. 25, 1905.

Mrs. Eutsler was an active member of the First Christian church, a member of the Loyal Women's class of the church, and had taught school in West Branch.

Survivors are four daughters, Mrs. Ted Hottenstein, with whom she made her home; Mrs. I. I. Rehmel, Cedar Rapids; Mrs. Jack Ohl, Davenport, and Mrs. Francis Hurd, Mt. Morris, Ill.; a sister, Mrs. Glen Sloan, Muscatine; two brothers, C. W. Barkalow, Whittier, Calif., and Roy Barkalow, Wilton Junction, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Memorial Park.
