Obituary Record.--Mrs. Frank L. Secoy, a former resident of Buffalo, Iowa, died Sunday at her home in Sioux City. She left Buffalo some three years ago. Deceased, whose maiden name was Lucy Boyd, is survived by a husband and four children, Florence, Raymond, Edith and Ruth. Burial will take place in Sioux City.
