Henry Sudbrook passed away at 3:30 Thursday afternoon, at his home, 2135 Scott street, after a short illness. The deceased was born in Germany on April 27, 1848, coming to this country when 10 years of age. He settled in Indiana with his parents and later they moved to Decatur, Ill. For the past 30 years Mr. Sudbrook had been a resident of Davenport. The deceased was united in marriage with Carrie Sudbrook 45 years ago in Decatur. The widow and the following children survive to mourn the death of Mr. Sudbrook: Walter, William and Emma, two adopted children, Mary and Louis Sudbrook and two grandchildren, Richard and Herman Sudbrook. The funeral will be held Sunday afternoon at 2 o’clock from the home, 2135 Scott street, with interment in Oakdale cemetery.
