Mrs. L.E. Cummins

Word has been received by relatives in Davenport of the death of Mrs. L.E. Cummins, 71, in Lakewood, Calif., Tuesday following an extended illness.

Bertha Thomas was born May 11, 1884, in Johnson county, Iowa, and lived in Cedar Rapids for many years, moving to California about six years ago.

Berth Thomas was born May 11, 1884, Surviving are the husband; three sisters, Mrs. Hattie Mae McCoy, Mrs. Irene McLeod and Mrs. Frank Robinson, all of Davenport; four sons, Simon, Henry, and Arron Tow, all of San Francisco, and E. Doulas Tow, Richmond, Va., and a daughter, Mrs. Leonard Webb, Lakewood, Calif., with whom she made her home. On son, John, and two daughters, Gladys and Ione, preceded her in death.
