ENRIGHT

Just before noon today the remains of Richard Enright of Big Rock Ia., arrived in the city over the Milwaukee railway, his death having occurred at 4:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon, Feb. 25. Deceased was born in County Clair, Ireland and was 75 years of age. He was an uncle of Rev. Enright of this city. Deceased has made his home in this state for the past 51 years.

The funeral was held this morning and the interment occurred from the railway to St. Mary's cemetery. The services at Big Rock this morning were very largely attended. They were conducted by a young priest who has just come to this country from Ireland and who is taking the pulpit of Father O'Riordon.

The following friends and acquaintances of the deceased accompanied the remains to this city: Hugh Collins, Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Harrigan, Mr. and Mrs. Matthew Carrahar, Mr. and Mrs. James White, Mrs. T. Killeen and son Bernard, John Killeen, of New Liberty, John O'Neil, Miss Winnie O'Neil, Thomas O'Neil, John Kane, Mrs. Mary Harrington, Mrs. Mary O'Neil, John Burns, Patrick Burns, John C. O'Brien and son John, James Quinn and daughter and Mrs. Timothy Kelley. They attended the funeral services at Big Rock and as stated came to this city to pay the last tribute of respect at the grave. The pallbearers were: Michael Kane, John Madison, Thomas O'Neil, Murtha Kane, Patrick Burns, and James White.
