Sunday morning at the family residence two and a half miles from the city on the Allen's Grove road, occurred the death of Mrs. Paul Villain, aged 44 years, a resident of this county for 39 years. She was a sister of John Groves, a former alderman of this city. She leaves a husband and six children to mourn her death. The funeral took place from St. Mary's church Monday morning with interment in St. Mary's cemetery.
