OBITUARY.

WUNDERLICH.

Yesterday morning at the residence, 630 Main street, occurred the death of John W. Wunderlich, who had been a resident of Davenport since 1859, and had filled many offices of public trust in the city. The deceased was born in Hungary in 1822, and was a veteran of the Austro-Hungarian war. The cause of death was dropsy. Mrs. Herman Eckhardt, an adopted niece, is the only relative surviving. Mr. Wunderlich was a member of the order of Odd Fellows. The funeral will take place tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock, the body to be cremated at the crematorium in West Davenport, in compliance with a request of the deceased.
