OBITUARY.

FEID.

This afternoon at 3 o'clock occurred the funeral of the late John Feid, whose death occurred on Saturday. He has been a resident of Davenport for about a dozen years, was well known and highly respected. He was born in Ueberan, Hessen Darmstadt, and came to this country in 1842, and resided in Cincinnati, and afterwards in Germanville, Jefferson county, this state, ere coming here. The funeral took place from the home of his nephew, Mr. Louis Fied, 408 West Fifth street.
