OBITUARY.
JAEGER.
Tuesday night occurred the death of Mr. John F.W. Jaeger, a well-known travelling man in the employ of Haase Bros. Some weeks ago he had been trimming a corn on his foot, and in doing so cut his toe. Blood poisoning followed and after severe suffering ended in death as stated. Deceased was born in Balt, Holstein over fifty years ago, having been a resident of this county since the 60's. He leaves a wife, four daughters and three sons to mourn his death. The funeral occurs tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock from the family home, corner Ninth and Vine streets, the interment being at the West Davenport cemetery.
