Obituary

ROWLEY.

Richard Rowley, an old resident of Davenport, died at 4:45 p.m. Sunday at his home on West Locust street near the city limits, aged 75 years and 11 months. Mr. Rowley was born in England, (Worfield Parish) and came to this country in 1855 settling in St. Louis. The following year he came to Davenport and has resided here since, following the business of a market gardener. The cause of death was paralysis. Samuel Rowley is the only son living here. The funeral will be held this afternoon at 2 o'clock with burial at Pine Hill cemetery.
