DAVENPORT - Services for Anne N. Spencer, 83, formerly of Davenport, will be 1 p.m. Saturday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 4929 Wisconsin Ave., Davenport. Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park. Visitation is 4 - 8 p.m. Friday Runge Mortuary and Crematory, Davenport. Mrs. Spencer died Tuesday, May 26, 1998, at Greenbrook Nursing Center, St. Petersburg, Fla. She was employed as a beautician at Peterson's Beauty Shop. Anne Seidel was born June 1914, in Scranton, Iowa. She married Floyd Spencer in 1935 in Boone, Iowa. He died in 1988. Survivors include daughters, J Anne Wilson, St. Petersburg, and Vicki Day, San Jose, Calif.; a son Charles, Indianapolis; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and a sister, Mary Wilson, and a brother, John Seidel, both of Prescott, Ariz.
