Obituary

WICKS.

News was received in this city yesterday of the death in Carthage, Mo., of Douglas Wicks, a former Davenporter, having been born here, and made this his home until within a few months ago, when he went to Carthage and went into partnership with T.J. Campbell, whose death on Saturday was recorded in Sunday's Tribune.

He leaves with his wife, two children to mourn his sudden death. It is probable that the funeral will take place here but that is not known yet.
