MRS. VICTOR DEWULF

Mrs. Victor DeWulf, 82, of New Liberty, died at 6:30 p.m. Thursday in her home.

Born March 20, 1873, in Belgium, she had been a resident of New Liberty for the past 36 years and prior to that she had lived in Moline. The former Sidonie Ide was married to Mr. DeWulf April 3, 1896, in Belgium.

Survivors include the widower; three sons, Rudolph, of Long Grove; Emil, of Dorchester, Iowa, and Frank, of New Liberty; four daughters, Mrs. Alice Goethsa [Goethals], of Long Grove; Mrs. Mary Claeys, of Champaign, Ill.; Mrs. Margaret Baker, of Moline, and Mrs. Martha Timmerman of New Liberty; 30 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons, a daughter, a brother and a sister.

Funeral services will be held at 8:15 a.m. in the Halligan Funeral Home and at 9:30 a.m. in St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Big Rock. The Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home. Friends may call after noon today in the funeral home.
