Ruth M. Weigandt-Martin, 93, of Davenport, died Saturday, Sept. 24, 2005, at Crest Health Center, Davenport. Services are 1 p.m. Tuesday at Weerts Funeral Home, Davenport. Burial is in Davenport Memorial Park. Visitation is noon to service time. Memorials may be made to Ridgecrest Village. Ruth was born Nov. 6, 1911, in Crested Butte, Colo., to Glen and Fannie (Corbin) Stewart. She married Clarence Weigandt in Sterling, Ill. She married John Martin May 31, 2000, in Davenport. He died April 2005. Ruth was employed as an office worker and also a pianist for Christian missionary Alliance Church in Davenport. She enjoyed singing and playing the piano. Survivors are a sister, Naomi James, Belvidere, Ill.; and brother, Glen Stewart, Greeley, Colo.
