Yesterday shortly after 12 o'clock occurred the death of Eugene McCortney, aged twenty years and nine months. He has suffered for more than a month past with tubescular phthisis pulmonaris, which caused his death. He was the only son of Dr. McCortney, of this city, and his death will be a sad blow to his loving father and mother.
