Tetmeyer

Arthur Carl Tetmeyer, nine-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Tetmeyer, 1544 West Pleasant street, died Saturday morning at 7 o’clock after a weeks’ illness of diphtheria.

He was born in Davenport, January 25, 1913, and was a pupil at Jackson school.

Surviving are the parents, two sisters, Martha and Ruth and a brother, Edgar.

The funeral will be held at 9 o’clock Sunday morning from the home, 1544 West Pleasant street, and burial will be in Oakdale cemetery. Both services will be strictly private.

The Tetmeyer Funeral

The funeral of Arthur Tetmeyer, 9-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Tetmeyer, was held Sunday morning from the family home, 1544 West Pleasant street. Inasmuch as death resulted from diphtheria the services were private.

Rev. Carl Holtermann officiated at the home and at the grave in Oakdale cemetery.
