Davenport Child, 3, Dies in Iowa City.

Judith Ann Otten, three-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert C. Otten, 1720 West Twelfth street, Davenport, died at 8:30 a.m. Sunday in University hospital, Iowa City, following an extended illness.

In addition to her parents, the child, born Sept. 23, 1949, in Davenport, is survivied by a sister, Connie Marie; the maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William H. Bishop, Churdon, Ia., and the paternal grandmother, Mrs. Gertrude Otten, Davenport.

The body was removed to Halligan funeral home, where services are planned for 8:30 a.m. Wednesday. A requiem high mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. in St. Joseph's church. Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park.
