The Davenport Leader and Democrat; Thursday Evening, January 22, 1925:

Thormann

Mrs. Henry Thormann died at her home, 505 Sturdevant street at 10:50 o’clock this morning after a lingering illness. She was born at Rosetta, Ill., April 4, 1879, and was married to Henry Thormann at Keethsburg [sic], Ill.

Surviving are the husband, a daughter, Laura, her
father, J. J. Bell, and two sisters, Mrs. J. N. Ehrett, of Florida, and Mrs. George Wilmerint of El Paso, Teas, and two brothers Robert N. Bell and Ward Bell, both of Peoria, Ill.

The remains were taken to the Nissen and Hartwig Funeral Parlors, and funeral arrangements will be announced later.

Thurman [sic] Funeral

The funeral of Mrs. Henry Thurman [sic] will be held Saturday afternoon at 3:30 o’clock from the late home, 505 Sturdevant street. Interment will take place in the Fairmount cemetery.

Thorsen [sic] Funeral

Funeral services were held for Mrs. Kate Thorsen Saturday afternoon from the late residence, 505 Sturdevant street. Rev. Mark Getzendamer spoke at the home and at the interment in Fairmount cemetery.

Pallbearers were Charles Cline, Claude Austin, Robert McMann, Hugo Beck, Otto Behrens and William Stockfield.
