Hawley

W. A. Hawley passed away at his home, 1123 East Fourteenth street, Tuesday afternoon at 4:15 o’clock. Death terminated a two week’s illness.

The deceased was born Oct. 6, 1893, at Port Byron, Ill., and came to Davenport in 1916 making his residence here since. Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Millie Hawley, a brother, C. S. Hawley, and his grandmother, Mrs. A. K. Hawley, all of Davenport.

Services will be held from the late home, 1123 East Fourteenth street, Thursday afternoon at 2 o’clock, and interment will take places in the Pleasant Valley cemetery. Friends are invited to both services and the interment.
