Herald

John Herald died yesterday morning at the home of his brother Edward Herald, 308 East Second street. The cause of death was consumption, from which the deceased had been a sufferer for some time past. He was about fifty years of age, and had been in Davenport for several years.

The funeral will be held Monday afternoon at 2 o’clock with services at the Boies Undertaking parlors, conducted by Ned Lee, of the Peoples’ Union Mission. Interment will be at Oakdale.
