Eckhardt

The funeral of Elmer C. Eckhardt, son of Mr. and Mrs. Chris Eckhardt, took place at 2 p.m. yesterday from the residence, 308½ Harrison street. The interment was in the City cemetery.

There was a large attendance and numerous beautiful floral tributes demonstrated that the many friends of the family shared in their deep sorrow. Rev. Arthur M. Judy delivered the address at the house and at the grave. At 1:30 o’clock, the little schoolmates of the deceased, children of the second class of school No. 8, called at the house of sorrow and under the guidance of their teacher, took a last look at the remains.

Mrs. Eckhardt, who has been prostrated by the loss of her only child, is slowly improving.
